Traceability System

I. Traceability system:

II. Explanations:

  • Materials:

When coming into production, all the material lots have been clearly defined their origins via signs enclosed in each lot. Every lot will be completely separated in order to avoid misunderstandings on manufacturers.

All the material lots will be sure to be tested whether they get infected with prohibited antibiotics or not before processing. If the result is good, they will be accepted to be produced.

All the addictives and drugs lots will also be tested its prohibition antibiotics periodically, aiming to eliminate the ability of crossed-infection in processing and ensure a clean supply of materials.

  • Processing:

In the processing duration, the Corporation carries out making a diary to monitor all stages of each material lot via samples and size card in details. The size card is designed with full information which can trace the origins for all the production lines.

At the start of production, the laboratory will carry out a micro-organism test on semi-products for each day of processing.

  • Packing:

In this stage, a traceability code will be created at the bottom of carton tin. It encompasses information on material lot, date of manufacturing, supervisory quality control code, code of addictive drugs, packaging shift. This traceability code will be packaged in tune with the material lot from the receiving stage to products finished.

Before export, the finished products will be retested whether they get infected with micro-organism and antibiotics or not by the state agencies.

When the finished-products enter the storeroom, they will be arranged in accordance with the storeroom diagram to make sure the convenience of recognition and traceability for the products.

  • Exporting:

When exporting, the purchasers will be provided with a catalogue of commodities, of which date of manufacturing those export items are included.
