I. Manufacturing capacity

The factory No1 will officially come into operation in the first quarter of 2008, with the initial capacity of approximately 150 tons of input materials per day. Till the third quarter of 2008, its capacity will be raised up to 600 tons of input materials per day.

The factory No2 is expected to start operation in the middle of 2009, with the same capacity of 600 tons of input materials per day.

As well, the factory No3 will conduct its operations in late 2009 with the equivalent capacity of 600 of input materials per day.

Most of the facilities are imported from Japan and Holland, Regulations of quality management and environmental protection are strictly applied in all the factories in tune with standards of HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, BRC 2005, HALAL, IFS (ver.4), ISO 22000, etc.

II. Manufacturing process:

In terms of IDI Corporation’s long-term and sustainable development strategy, advanced technology and modern facilities are ready to be introduced in the factory so as to satisfy customers’ fastidious demand in accordance with international standards.
